Change of Name to Cascade Studio AI plc
The Company announces that, further to the resolution passed at its General Meeting held on 9 October 2026, the change of the Company's name to Cascade Studio AI plc has been registered at Companies House, taking effect from 15 October 2026.
Dealings in the Company's ordinary shares under the new company name and new TIDM – CASC – are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 16 October 2026.
The Company's ISIN (GB00C04FVX99), SEDOL (C04FVX9) and Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) (2138004RJPGI4RW8HI19) remain unchanged.
Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they remain valid. Any new share certificates to be issued will bear the Company’s new name, Cascade Studio AI plc.
