Each company page shows you the financial calendar of active companies on the platform, detailing when meetings are expected, can’t happen, confirmed, or could possibly happen.
A Company Driven Meeting (CDM) enables a company to directly invite you to a presentation relating to a company announcement. For example they may want to provide a general update or have won a significant contract, or made an acquisition and this way they can add context around the announcement.
The Demand Driven Meeting (DDM) is a function that gives individual investors the ability to request a meeting with a company in between their reporting periods. Why? Perhaps you need clarity or want a better understanding of facts. The DDM could make that possible.
The DDM period opens eight weeks after the last results announcement and closes eight weeks before of the next results announcement. This period is displayed on the calendar in blue.
IMPORTANT: Demand Driven Meetings are at the sole discretion and availability of the company and no conclusions should be made from a company declining a DDM, as defined in out terms of use policy.
Once a DDM is confirmed we will send you an invitation. In addition, we will send an invitation to all followers of the company, as we have promised to always invite you to any presentation.
A Results Meeting makes you part of the company’s investor roadshow, here the company will update you around results announcements, just like they do major institutions, allowing you to ask questions and provide your feedback direct to the company.
A Closed period this is the Investor Meet Company self imposed closed period, we block off meeting request eight weeks before and eight weeks after the last reporting period update, although this can be overridden by the company.
We don’t advertise or recommend companies to you and we won’t send mindless emails. We are a mere conduit to connect Individual Investors to UK Listed Companies.
You will receive invitations to presentations and a digital feedback requests, just like the institutions. We ask you for feedback so that a company can understand your views and your comments will help shape future presentations.
You will receive a direct invitation to presentations of companies you follow that are registered on the platform.
